Kick off your next summer party by grilling up these delicious black bean burgers topped with pickled red onions. Inspired by a burger I had last summer these burgers are made with black beans, flecked with cumin and oregano with plenty of poblano peppers. I made these burgers mini size for a fun movie night in and paired them with Kendall-Jackson Vinter’s Reserve Pinot Gris. The bright flavors of Kendall-Jackson Vinter’s Reserve pair beautifully with the cumin and oregano in these burgers.
