Chile Con Queso

Velveeta Cheese cut into cubes
1 onion chopped
Hot breakfast sausage
1 can Rotel
1 can chopped green chiles
1 jalapeno, diced
In a non stick skillet add chopped onion and sausage, breaking up while stiring together. Cook until sausage is brown, stirring occasionally. When sausage is brown, drain the fat. Add the cubes of cheese, rotel (do not drain) and chiles. Continue to stir over low heat. When cheese is melted add the diced jalapeno and stir. Keep warm and serve with tortilla chips.
