Cinnamon Water

I spotted this cinnamonย water onย the kitchnย andย knew I had to give it a try!

Try it with sparkling water for a coolย addition to your brunch table.

Enjoy!

Cinnamon Water

Servings: 4 -6 servings

Ingredients
  • 4 cups water
  • 3-4 cinnamon sticks 2 to 3 inches long
Instructions
  1. Simmer on low heat to infuse water about 5-8 minutes or until water absorbs cinnamon color.
  2. Allow to cool and use as a concentrate to mix with cold water and ice.

    That sounds so simple and good too!
    It caught my attention because I am posting a cinnamon meatloaf tomorrow. But I wouldn’t serve the water with it…too much of a good thing ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m afraid.

    I’m always finding ways to use such a healthy spice.
