Grapefruit-Cranberry Tequila Cooler
A tart, but refreshing tequila cooler made with fresh grapefruit juice and cranberry juice is all you need to take your weekend fiesta to the next level. I cannot tell you how many times I have made this cooler and the feedback is always “two thumbs up.” I make it so much that I know keep a few extra bottles of cranberry juice in my pantry for those dinner parties that weave themselves into cocktail hour that end with raid the fridge for midnight munchies.
Serve this tequila cooler the entire summer and switch out orange juice for grapefruit or heck why not a mix of both, even better. Double the recipe or go for it and triple it, trust me you will thank me. I used Don Julio tequila for this recipe, Enjoy!
- 1 ½ cup grapefruit juice
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup Don Julio tequila
- Campari
- Fresh lime juice
- Seltzer
-
In a pitcher stir together grapefruit juice, cranberry and tequila. Serve over ice with a splash of campari, lime juice and top with cold seltzer.
