Crunchy jicama is peeled, sliced and paired with juicy pineapple, refreshing cucumber all sliced to match the jicama. A drizzle of lime juice, a sprinkle of chile power and your all set to serve. - 1 jicama peeled and cut into medium thick matchsticks
- 2 cucumbers peeled and sliced into thick matchstick
- 1 pineapple peeled, cored and cut into spears
- Limes sliced into wedges
- Chile powder such a tajín
- Divide fruit evenly into cups or small plates, have guests squeeze lime wedge over fruit and sprinkle with chile powder.
