Blackberry and lavender are the ultimate combination.

Fresh blackberries are slightly tart while lavender is sweet with floral notes, but combined they create the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Simmered together with Imperial sugar and fresh lemon juice I created a homemade blackberry lavender syrup for a stunning prosecco cocktail.

My blackberry lavender syrup is sure to be your new favorite syrup – use it to whip up cocktails, mocktails, coolers, or swirl into your afternoon tea or lemonade.
