Hibiscus – Pineapple Rum Punch


Today I’m sharing a festive rum punch that my family enjoys sipping on throughout Spring and Summer.   This festive rum punch is quick and easy served pitcher style and features Agua de Jamaica, fresh pineapple and lime juice.


This hibiscus pineapple rum punch can be doubled or even tripled and served in a punch bowl for a family event or fiesta.

Hibiscus – Pineapple Rum Punch

Yield: serves 6-8


  • 3 cups fresh agua de jamaica
  • 3 cups fresh pineapple juice
  • ½ cup grenadine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ cups light rum


  1. In a large pitcher combine agua de Jamaica, pineapple juice, simple syrup, lime juice and rum. Stir until well blended and serve over ice.
