- 6 ounces añejo tequila
- 2 ½ ounces Cointreau
- juice from ½ lime
- 2 tbsp green-olive brine from the jar
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- lime wedges and olives
To an ice-filled shaker add tequila, cointreau, lime juice, brine and orange juice. Shake vigorously.
Then strain into a small, chilled martini glass rimmed with salt.
Garnish with olive and lime wedges.
